Sounds from Home

Two notes. That’s all it took to place Puerto Rico’s national beer among the ranks of beer giants in the U.S. market.

To launch Medalla Light in U.S. markets, home to more than 5.6 million boricuas, we created motion sensored POP devices to reproduce the unequivocal singing of the Coquí.

This activation warmed the hearts of thousands of Puerto Ricans and guided them to discover the product displays of our national beer, now available so far from home.

With just two notes, we proved the power of a sound rooted in the hearts of every Puerto Rican.
